Sharon Strimling Coaching & Consulting and Thoughtless Leader are excited to announce our partnership to offer an innovative internship program created to provide the next generation with the tools and understanding it will need to tackle the challenges created by the current and previous generations.

Emergent Brilliance in Life and Leadership: The Science of Life, The Art of Living, and The Practice of Leadership for a New World will take participants on an interactive and immersive journey in which we will explore the essential nature of Thought, Mind, and Consciousness; their role in our emotional and psychological experience and well-being; and their application to and influence on organizational, social, and self-leadership. In addition to that inward journey, participants will also be pointed outwards to the natural world - all of its wisdom and teachings - as we create, innovate, and explore leadership models informed by biomimicry and the study of natural emergence.

Through experiential learning, the team will put new leadership concepts, as well as their own insights, into practice in real-time as they collaborate to vision, plan, and execute a first-of-its-kind annual festival to promote a culture of higher consciousness, including a weekend program of their own manifestation to expose their contemporaries and younger peers to the Science of Life and the Art of Living.

Participants will also be exposed and contribute to the creation of a non-profit entity envisioned as the vehicle through which this work will be brought into form.

This internship program will be of keen interest to the curious and open-minded between the ages of 18 and 28 who feel drawn to topics such as: Business; Activism; Leadership; Psychology; Philosophy; Physical, mental, and emotional health and well-being; The wonders of the natural world; Art, writing, and music; Transformative journeys; The creative process, flow states, and getting "in the zone;" Self-discovery; and Alchemy, to name a few.

Successful applicants will be asked to make the following commitments:

•  2-3 hours per week of private/group mentoring from April 1 to May 20

•   Attendance at a 3-week ON-SITE immersion to take place on the Massachusetts island of Martha’s Vineyard from approximately May 22 - June 12

•   10 to 20 hours per week through the balance of summer (June 12 through Labor Day)

•   Participate in and present at a weekend conference, “Tomorrow’s Leaders Today,” as part of the inaugural Annual October SoulFest to be held on Martha’s Vineyard on the weekend of Indigenous Peoples’ Day, October 8 - 10, 2022.

•   Continued involvement supporting the SoulFest team as interested and available through the month of September
